Four Generations of Camps
Here are a few photos that show the “four generations” of camps and cottages at Blodgett Landing.  Except for the tenting, the other photos are of 52-62 Lake Ave.The first generation started with tents in 1876, at the Spiritualist of New Hampshire annual camp meetings.  The second generation were cottages, built in the 1880’s to 1920’s.  The third generation cottages were expansions and improvements to cottages in the 1930’s to 1960’s.  The fourth generation are the cottages/homes of today.  A number of the third generation cottages were winterized and/or torn down and replaced.
